Keila is the Development Director of ELP with over 10 years’ experience in utility scale energy generation projects, having successfully delivered over 2GW of projects in the UK.

She is responsible for designing the project origination strategy, overseeing project development activities, market entry design and stakeholder management.

James Bennett

Development Manager

James joined in 2021 with an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development and BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Reading.

James is responsible for the ongoing management and sourcing of GB development projects and acts as the Project Lead for the business’ expansion into Northern Ireland.

Joined in 2012. She secured a BSc at Cardiff, qualified with Deloitte and has over 20 years’ experience in senior finance roles and over 10 years in real estate.

Jack Culmer

Head of Acquisitions

Jack joined in 2018 with a BSc from Sheffield University having previously worked at Lloyds Bank within their Commercial Real Estate team.

Jack oversees Electric Land’s acquisitions, sourcing built, leased investment assets and works closely with the development team to package our “ready to build” projects to lease.

Niel Dey

Senior Development Manager

Niel joined in 2022 with a MEng in Chemical Engineering and has held various engineering roles in project management and consulting.

His responsibilities include overseeing grid connection applications, regulations and policy, as well as establishing entry into new markets.

Ben Lansman

Managing Director

Ben has over 15 years' experience in real estate investment and development. He became Director of the FPC Group in 2014, founded Electric Land in 2015, and was promoted to Managing Director of the FPC Group in 2017.

Ben is manages the businesses day to day activities, in-house and external teams and joint venture partners.

Stephen Lansman

Chairman

Stephen is the Chairman of Electric Land and its parent, the Foundation Property & Capital Group, which he founded. He has over 35 years’ experience creating and guiding teams investing in and developing an unusually wide range of real estate assets.

Stephen is responsible for new business initiatives including expansion in the UK and overseas, new Joint Ventures and new capital raised and invested across the Group.

Ronald Tang

Development Engineer

Ronald is the development engineer of ELP, specialising in grid analysis in both UK and Germany.

He is directly responsible for originating, developing and managing over 7GW of BESS project in Germany.

David Savinson

Development Partner - Germany

David has over 35 years’ experience in real estate investment and development in the UK and Germany. He set up the Hamdon Real Estate Group in Hamburg, Germany with Arndt Alferink in 1999 and remains it’s Managing Director. He is a Chartered Surveyor and was a member of the Board of RICS Germany from 1997 – 2007.

David is the joint lead on securing Electric Land’s development pipeline in Germany.

Sammi is Head of Electric Land Digital and has over 11 years experience in real estate investment and development across sectors and geographies.

He is responsible for the overall progression of business activity and growth for Electric Land in the Digital Infrastructure sector.

Nell Mueller-Shaw

Senior Legal Counsel

Nell has over 14 years of experience in a wide variety of commercial property work, including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant work, development schemes, urban regeneration and strategic development sites.  Nell has experience working in the renewable energy sector and has worked in both private practice and in-house.

Nell deals with the legal affairs of the business on a day-to-day basis.

Cristina Mata Yandiola

Head of Grid - Germany

Cristina is Head of Grid at Electric Land, where she leads the integration of the company’s 7 GW pipeline of BESS projects into the German grid. She brings over 12 years of experience in renewables, grid flexibility, and energy markets, having managed GWs of energy and BESS projects across Europe and Asia.

Prior to Electric Land, Cristina led the European expansion of Powerledger, a global pioneer in flexibility and decentralised energy markets. She has also held strategic roles at Iberdrola, Fraunhofer Institute, and Selco, and her expertise spans grid integration, project and business development, and market design. Cristina has been featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list as one of Europe’s top industrial leaders. She holds bachelor's and master's engineering degrees from TU Berlin, KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden) and Technical University Madrid.

Dominik Botscheck

Grid Engineer

Dominik is an experienced expert in grid connection and partner management in the renewable energy sector. Since 2022, he has led the grid connection team at Q CELLS GmbH, focusing on team leadership, process optimization, and smooth coordination between customers, partners, grid operators, and internal departments.

Previously, Dominik was involved in setting up partner management (grid connection) at Enpal GmbH, where he was responsible for grid connection processes and communication with the grid operator.

At Electric Land, Dominik is committed to the further development of the energy infrastructure through efficient processes and close cooperation with grid operators and is responsible for ensuring our projects go online.

Jose Luis Henkle

Head of Development

Jose is Head of Development at Electric Land, bringing the company’s 7GW German pipeline of BESS projects into construction. He brings over 12 years of experience in renewables across Germany developing projects from inception until construction.

Prior to Electric Land, Jose initiated the PV Team at EDF Renewables Germany and led the team to a 1GW+ pipeline, including related technology fields. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Bremen.

Omer Fazal

Chief Investment Officer

Omer is the CIO of Electric Land and is a member of the Executive Committee. He joined Electric Land in 2025 and was deeply involved in the formation of our recent strategic partnership with Stonepeak. Today, Omer leads the strategy and investment decisions, financing and partnerships and supporting with the firm’s continued expansion.

Omer has more than 15 years of experience across real estate and infrastructure, advising on >£10billion of M&A, capital raising and financing transactions.

Prior to Electric Land, Omer was a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate at Centrus, where he built a niche team from scratch, advising on crossover real estate and infrastructure assets. Omer has also held positions as director in the CBRE real estate investment banking team, and senior roles with National Grid and Deloitte.

Omer received a BSc Mathematics & Economics from the London School of Economics.

Sameera is an ACCA qualified accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune, India.

Her previous experience includes working in a Corporate Reporting role with a well-reputed asset manager and has qualified with a real estate and private equity fund administrator.

Paolo Lupini

Investment Manager

Paolo Joined Electric Land in 2025, having worked closely with Electric Land whilst at Pulse Clean Energy.

Paolo has nearly 10-years of U.K. infrastructure experience and has spent the past 3-years focussed on Powered Land development. Highlights include developing and acquiring over 1GW of Powered Land projects and playing pivotal roles in securing £200m and £175m in debt facilities for previous developers.
