Milan land acquisition secured

Electric Land Digital (EL Digital), Electric Land’s specialist data centre development arm headed up by Sammi Charad, is pleased to have secured its 1st land acquisition in Milan, a 3-hectare site in the south-west quadrant of the City Centre in an excellent position to service both the western and southern Availability Zones. Milan is a rapidly growing Tier II data centre market, and the site represents a rare de-risked Powered Land opportunity with excellent speed to market potential for our customers. EL Digital is targeting energisation in 2027/28 for the 33MW hyperscale project. Milan is one of 10+ data centre sites in EL Digital’s pipeline across Europe. Electric Land’s 75 project/9GW freehold powered land pipeline also comprises sites for renewable power generation and storage infrastructure across Germany, Italy and the UK including Ireland.
